Appointment times are available to discuss your KiwiSport funding application or project prior to the each closing date. These 20 minute meetings provide an opportunity to gain clarity and insight regarding the expectations and quality of applications Sport Wellington are seeking. KiwiSport Funding Process Flow Chart
The Wellington KiwiSport Regional Partnership Fund Process Flow Chart below outlines both the non-contestable and contestable process.
The non-contestable fund is just that, non-contestable. Sport Wellington will look to identify appropriate lead agency/agencies for non-contestable projects as identified by way of community consultations and submissions.
The contestable fund is available for schools, sport, groups and community organisations in order to increase the number of school-aged children participating in organised sport. Applications for KiwiSport funding are to be electronically submitted ONLY.
