Active Families

Active Families is a support service for overweight children and their families.  The programme supports, educates and encourages families to create healthy lifestyle changes at home, through increasing their physical activity and eating healthier.

Push Play

Push Play is a nationwide campaign to get more New Zealanders, more active and more often.  Just 30 minutes of moderate physical activity for adults, and 60 minutes for children, on most days of the week will help put the bounce back in your life and help improve your health.
